I was a client in this clinic for many years and they literally boosted my confidence. I've always been insecure about my smile: I was missing one tooth and another one located in a wrong position. Photos with a smile was a challenge for me and I was always looking for a proper angle for a shot to hide my gap in the teeth. With my dentist Aleksandra we've been through a long journey with braces, aligner and implant (done by Krzysztof) and finally I have a beautiful smile that I don't have to hide! Aleksandra is smart, caring and cheerful, it is a privilege to be her client. Moreover I can say that the whole team is great and caring, always supporting and taking care of me. Especially well I remember the case when before the implant procedure I was shaking, and ladies in the waiting room noticed it, gave me water and helped me to relax. Needless to say that it all went smooth and was a nice experience. I moved from North Brabant and unfortunately had to change my practice, but this clinic will always be in my heart and I can truly recommend it to everyone.

I am so grateful that I found and chose this clinic - my dentist has been an absolute dream - excellent English, she explained and guided me through every step of the process, shared valuable advice and made my appointments a joy. Staff is super nice and helpful. And the prices are excellent. Thank You to the Team for all their great efforts.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED from my customer service experience with these people. Here's what happened.

2 days ago I broke a tooth and had called them for an appt to repair it. They were able to get me in the next day, great. Yesterday I went in and they took a "large xray" and gave me a new "large filling". Still great. Not great was no talk of price or invoice cost, all they said was please come back tomorrow for a "full diagnostic" or check up to see what else was going on.

I know I have other dental problems that need to be addressed, but I'm putting a new business together right now and I have no money to fix them at this point. I agreed because a diagnostic shouldn't cost that much, right? RIGHT??

WRONG!

While inside my mouth it's obvious what the issues are. Without asking or discussing price, the dentist thought it was a "good idea" to take 2 additional xrays. At the end of it, he said he wanted to pull 2 wisdom teeth and replace 4 old fillings. Still no discussion of price or any potential insurance coverage. When I was leaving, I approached the reception area and was given a quote for 900 eur for work to be performed; whatever, work needs to be done.

The problem however is right after, I was handed a current invoice for nearly 250 eur for "services rendered", aka 1 filling replacement, 1 large x-ray, a diagnostic and 2 essentially worthless smaller xrays. I paid and left. then I called back to provide my feedback and seek remedy so I wouldn't have to go this route, but they seemed uninterested in resolving this matter otherwise.

The moral of the story is this: They fixed my tooth and did a great job; then they rapidly ruined all their goodwill by needlessly up charging me in (my opinion) an attempt to drum up additional business, all while knowing I did not have dental insurance and would have to incur all these costs out of pocket and couldn't pay right now. Some transparency and honesty in the process would have not only be the ethical thing to do but also the right thing to do.

Message to foreigners who do not speak dutch: Beware! Skip these guys and find yourself a honest dentist. I know I will.
