The dentists and dental hygienists / nurses are all very nice and do a great job - zero complaints. However I will no longer go here because one of the receptionist is consistently very disrespectful to foreigners and messes up appointments for me everytime. I always get called / emails right before an appointment and they randomly reschedule it without asking me. Additionally, they will then create two appointments back-to-back for same day and only send me a confirmation+reminder for the second one, so I end up always missing the first one and they charge me for it. Very unprofessional and unethical behavior, which has occurred for 2-3 yeas now consistently. Shame - the dental staff are great but their appointment / customer service and office secretarial staff need to change.

She is the best dentist I have ever had. Super professional and sweet. She explains everything pleasantly, talks you through every step of the process, and asks for permission for absolutely everything.

I tend to be very nervous at the dentist, and the team made sure it was a good experience for me. The dental assistant and the receptionist even practiced some Spanish phrases to talk to me in my mother tongue 🫶🏽🤣💕 (Laura speaks Spanish and was coaching them 🤣). I really appreciated their humanity.

There was no waiting time either for the intake or the first appointment to do a filling repair.
