I really enjoyed the experience at the actual dentist which has great service and office. The administration of invoices is done by a third company so can easily end up in your spam. When I asked about payment, the staff at the office said the bill would be sent to my insurance.
Instead a third party which I didn’t recognize (it’s also all in Dutch so not expat friendly) sent me bill and then to the collections which charges a 40 fee.
The dentist office has been super unhelpful during this despite me reaching out. It would be amazing if you would let your patients know to look for a bill in their email from Famed when they leave the appointment via email. Simple solution.
