Had an unpleasant experience at this dental clinic. The stuff is careless and sloppy! I was bleeding after a small check-up on each teeth/gum Dr.Guido touched, that never happened to me before. 5 people from the stuff just randomly passed by during my checkup, it felt more like being at the train station than at the clinic. In the middle of the conversation Dr.Guido just left, I was sitting alone with no idea that the checkup was over. Lastly in the invoice they charged me extra for the service I didn’t ask for. When I came back to clarify it they returned the money back, but were very enjoyed and rude. Avoid going there!

I would not recommend this practice to anyone, honestly. Overcharged for poor service and some degree of recklessness. Went in the last week of December to get teeth cleaned. The staff were not wearing masks and the customers coming in were not wearing masks. Only the hygienist put on a mask just as I was entering the room. When I tried to ask the reception staff about the lack of mask-wearing, she replied "I don't want to discuss this with you!" rudely. Just think about how careless they might be with other hygiene practices if they don't take a pandemic seriously. Plus without informing me in advance that fluoride treatment costs extra, they just put it on my teeth which left my teeth greasy for 3 days. And when I saw the invoice that came by email a few days later, I saw the extra charge that I was not asked about prior to the treatment.

Even though I've moved, I still rather travel to them as I have complete trust in them. Lovely, friendly receptionist and staff.

In de zomer was een stukje tand afgebroken en kon direct terug bij een van de tandartsen. Het was zo gepiept en toen ik vroeg of er gelijk een reguliere controle achteraan kon was dat geen probleem. Verder raad ik ook echt Sarah Lefeber aan als mondhygieniste. Ze is 100 keer zo goed als waar ik vandaan kwam.

I am so unhappy with my experience at TADH. I have been a client of TADH for about 4 years and always been very happy with my dentist there. Unfortunately she left and has moved to Haarlem to another practice. I went for a treatment just over one month ago as I could feel I had a chipped crown. I believe that the owner of the practice was my dentist on this visit. I had a very poor experience with him. He did not introduce himself to me and I find that strange when you are a patient meeting your dentist for the first time. He established that the crown was indeed chipped. I had this crown provided by this same dental practice about 4 years before, it is the kind that they make on the premises, it takes about 20 minutes. I needed a replacement and he did the same type again. He gave me no info of options / benefits / detriments of different possibilities. I am used to being consulted and included in this type of decision making but by now his very brusque manner had me not thinking clearly and feeling defensive and just agreeing to whatever he said. He seemed annoyed that I needed to swallow at one point which interrupted what he was doing. At another time I almost vomited and was literally dry retching from the pressure of the assistant pushing down in my mouth. This has never, in my 50+ years happened at a dentist before. He was totally unsympathetic, and again, seemed annoyed with me that I was almost throwing up and interrupting his procedure. I complained by email after the treatment and the response was that: “Every dentist works their own way. We can book you with someone else next time.” Well that is not going to happen. I find this response quite rude actually. If you want a dentist experience where they seem to not care at all about your comfort then this is the place for you! I’m not some diva expecting the world, but I do expect normal politeness and friendliness. With this dental practice, you pay on the day after the treatment. When I got home I opened the invoice that they had emailed me and noticed that I had been charged for more x-rays than they carried out. I pointed this out by email. They agreed and now, more than a month later they have still not given me a refund for the over-charged amount. They also charged me for a general check-up that he allegedly carried out during the crown replacement procedure. I asked to be refunded for this as I had not been asked if I wanted this to be done. By this time in the procedure I knew I was leaving this practice and would not have agreed to the general check-up. I don’t believe he carried this out. I registered with a new dentist a week later as I don’t like the be without a dentist. I met her and she did a general check-up during my intake appointment She found a broken filling that food was getting stuck in. If the dentist at TADH had actually done a proper check-up he would have found this but he didn’t. I don’t often leave reviews if I am unhappy. Problems happen sometimes, that’s ok. What is important to me is that those problems are dealt with reasonably well and TADH have not even attempted to address my problem. I find it astonishing that over a month later they have still not refunded what they overcharged me.

yesterday i came in with my gun inflamed, im not resident in the netherlands so i supposed that this will be a problem.. but they did it amazing! i went with no appoinent and one of the dentist (that was in her free time!) take a look at my mouth and in 5min we knew the problem and the treatment, she explained me everything in a super nice way! then they did very awesome work with my tooth, they spend the time necessary (even with a person with panic like me!). i really recommend this dentist also for the prices that they have is not overpriced, they do very nice work with a very nice team! thanks! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

3 of the 4 crowns that have been installed to me by the dentist have fallen. 1 within less than 1 year and 2 in less than 2 years. Newly installed crown is still giving sensitivity and pain. Extremely unhappy about the provided product quality and service.

Not an Expat friendly Practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND REGISTERING. This dentist quickly sends your missed appointment charges to a debt collector. A debt collector who has a Policy of only informing you through your postal address not through email. With each letter being a big extra charge and a bad credit rating against your name. One you probably didn’t know you had until you try to make a new appointment..😲 If you travel a lot with work do not use these. If you move apartments a lot due to the housing situation in Ams, Do not use these. If you want a dentist that works with other 21st century companies that use email as a form of communication, do not use these. Just to clarify. My problem here is the sinister way my debt rose with the dentist. Using tactics that were intended for me to almost not find out about it, in order for it to rise. A call from the dentist or even the Incasso would’ve sorted it...sorry I moved house and didn’t inform you guys. I forgot... My debt went from €90 to €139 in 3 letters. Sure i saw this on an episode of Seinfeld..🤔

Came in for an inflammed gum and serious wisdom tooth pain. Was recommended by a friend and would definitely recommend to others for the price, skill and service. Seb and his collegues took one look and decided to extract the tooth, they calmed me down and 20 mins later I was stitched up neatly and sent on my way with an ice pack. The stitches were removed one week later with no problems and minimal pain. Thanks all, great job!

Dit is een goede en fijne praktijk waar ik al jaren patiënt ben. Deskundige tandartsen en mondhygiënisten. Goede uitleg van de behandeling, werken accuraat en kundig. Ik ga hier niet meer weg.

Ik heb vandaag mijn dwarsliggende verstandskies op 53 jarige leeftijd laten trekken. Dit durfde de kaakchirurg 15 jaar geleden niet. Guido is kort en bondig en zegt hoe het zit. Verdoving en eruit halen zonder enig probleem en zonder enige pijn. Verwacht geen poespas, maar gewoon de juiste behandeling. Hij heeft er al genoeg tanden getrokken dus zeer deskundig. Prijs kwaliteit is gewoon 5 sterren. Onder 300 euro wel meteen cash betalen bij behandelingen, maar je pijn is ook zo goed als meteen weg bij een goede oplossing.

Het volgende wil ik even kwijt over en tandarts Guido van west.Als je om een schouder klopje of een leuk gezellig gesprekje zit te wachten moet je niet bij Guido van west zijn,maar zit je op een zeer kundige tandarts te wachten,een man die zijn vak verstaat moet je bij hem zijn,in mijn geval 23 tanden / kiezen getrokken,en nog geen twee minuten napijn gehad,ook ervaar ik tot heden een goede uitleg van wat er verder moet gebeuren,van mij een dikke acht.

Super fijne tandartspraktijk. Alles onder één dak en de mensen die er werken zijn super vriendelijk. Leonie is een ontzettende vriendelijke en vooral capabele tandarts voor de kinderen en Guido is een meester in extracties en het zetten van implantaten. Hij is niet per sé een zachte heelmeester, maar je weet wat ze daarvan zeggen! :-) Ik kan deze praktijk bij iedereen aanbevelen!

Zeer slechte service, komen afspraken niet na, onnodige behandelingen en prijzen veranderen na de behandeling. oplichters!!
