Jim and Elena were very professional and clear. I felt very cared for and I highly recommend this practice. Catharina and Emily did an amazing job and are both knowledgeable, gentle and achieve excellent results.

Absolutely terrible service. I had booked an appointment and cancelled it within the 48-hour cancellation window. However, I never received any confirmation that my cancellation had been processed. As we all know, cancellation fees in the Netherlands can be quite substantial, so naturally, I wanted to make sure everything was properly taken care of.
I tried calling them multiple times, but nobody answered. In the end, despite my own commitments and busy schedule, I had to physically go there on Monday morning just to get an answer because they were completely unreachable.
And what was their response? “I can’t see any appointment in the system.”

No communication, no response, no professionalism whatsoever. Having to waste my own time going there in person just to be told they couldn’t even find my appointment is simply unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The dentist was very kind, explained everything clearly, showed me the X-ray, discussed the treatment and the costs in advance, and repaired my tooth during the same visit. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. I left feeling much more confident about Dutch dental care.

Only reason for giving 4.5 stars, would be instances of keeping customer waiting without notification, a practice they were quick to rectify ,when alerted. The fact that management listened and quickly fixed the problem is one of the reasons I like the practice. The dentists are smart/confident and they seem to thrive as there is a spirit of collaboration and humor that spills over to the patient care. Furthermore, if something fails to meet their high standards it's quickly fixed. The space is modern with light, bright colors with great views of the street, nicely located in a central location.
