In my view a dental office should be evaluated on 1) the front office welcoming/efficiency and the 2) the staff/dentists professionalism/spirit and 3) the space (environment/location etc). After several challenging surgeries, it's clear that they are a serious contender for getting 5 stars across the board. Only reason for giving 4.5 stars, would be instances of keeping customer waiting without notification, a practice they were quick to rectify ,when alerted. The fact that management listened and quickly fixed the problem is one of the reasons I like the practice. The dentists are smart/confident and they seem to thrive as there is a spirit of collaboration and humor that spills over to the patient care. Furthermore, if something fails to meet their high standards it's quickly fixed. The space is modern with light, bright colors with great views of the street, nicely located in a central location.
