I made an appointment on phone and they told me the intake appointment will b €50 n then when i visit for jus consultation they make all the photo n made the bill of €170 euro even i had photo’s with my old dentist few months back they dnt even ask about it and when i ask the doctor i have broken tooth the she said its calcus somthing but in my appointment with mond hygienist she said it’s definitely broken tooth !!!its scam to bill u!!!when i ask her do i have money left in my insurance she checked n said i have €300 something left even after insisting i think i have not enough i ask at reception to send me codes so i can check with my insurance she said she will email but i never got that n then i called after few days to cancel my next appointment n asking for the codes to ask my insurance to know are they covered they didn’t after sayng ok n then i went for my teeth cleaning appointment of 40mins n they charge me for 45 mins as 5 mins cost u €15 n today i got bill of €135 sayng i have no vergoeding left!! They could have simply ask my last dentist for my photo’s cuz i had no emergency !such a waste of money n resources!! i spend my insurance money very wisely whole year so i can used when its actually needed but they fool me !! after consult n cleaning they charge me €170+€135 !!!! Which could be €50+€120. P.s The mondhiegenist ws good but all this not worth. As i ask everytime on phone n personal i want cheapest possible n in my insurance . If my insurance dnt cover it i dnt want it but still ! Honesty was expected! I spend €320 in multiple vists whole year n here i spend €305 within 20 days n so !!! Shocking
