Went for a routine cavity to get fixed. The dentist did X-rays, chattering about how great her dental school in Ibiza was, should’ve seen that red flag and ran for the door. I went back but made an appt with the lead dentist without telling her about their mistake, otherwise I knew she wouldn’t believe me. She looked and was confused because the cavity on file wasn’t fixed like it should’ve been, it didn’t look right. I finally told her that my boyfriend’s dentist had to fix the new cavity her colleague made by drilling into a good tooth. My boyfriend’s dentist fixed TWO new cavities because I was in so much pain when she drilled in my tooth, she stopped and didn’t fix her work… the poorly gelled work made a new cavity in the tooth next to it! Can’t make this stuff up.
The lead dentist says she’ll give me new X-rays free of charge. Well obviously- the whole landscape of the left side of my mouth is different and it’s their fault. Told her I wanted a complete refund or free work to actually complete the reason why I went in to begin with. I was denied. So I left and left a bad review. Could I gave sued? Sure. At the time, my health was more important. I wanted my mouth fixed, I didn’t care about the negligence until I realized it could never be fixed.
