Behandeling gebeurt tot tevredenheid

Belal zamani heeft me geholpen een hele lieve man die ze vak goed uitoefent.

Nemen ruim de tijd, waardoor ik ruime tijd betaal. Natuurlijk moet er goed gekeken worden. Bij dubbele afspraak graag aansluitende en liefst eind van de dag. Dit blijft voor een vervolg afspraak over half jaar moeilijk.

Aardige vrouw. De behandeling op zich vind ik zeer onaangenaam, maar daar kan zij ook niets aan doen.

Carlotta is heel rustig, legt altijd goed uit wat ze gaat doen en is heel kundig.

Nicol legt het goed uit, luistert goed naar de client en stelt je op je gemak. Ik hoop dat Nicol nog lang mijn tandarts mag blijven

De mondhygiëniste was plezant in de omgang en kundig in haar werk.

I had an appointment with Greenline tandarts. I was 3 minutes late for the first appointment as I had issues with walking, They called me and they said they are waiting. in 3 minutes we reached and then she told me that Doctor will not see my kid as we were 3 minute late. I accepted it and made another appointment on May 1st. They called me at 09.13 AM and informed me that the appointment has moved to 10.55 as the doctor is busy. Then I called them back later and told them to cancel the appointment, as I felt they were not doing things professional. After two days they send me a letter saying that I should cancel the appointment before 24 hours. I canceled the appointment 1. AS the doctor was not ready to visit my kid because we were 3 minutes late. 2. Then they called me one hour before the appointment time to change the time. I think time should be respected both ways. So its like they can change your appointment at any time, and they will not respect your time. But you should respect their time and cancel the appointment 24 hours before. I think it doesn't work with me. And they even threaten me to charge me when I asked explanation of why such a letter was sent. And the receptionist told me that " maybe you might get charged". So if you are looking for a nearby dental clinic try something other than Greenline tandarts. They will do much better job. Respect is two way, not one way. And I will never recommend such tandarts to any of my friends or family. Really bad behavior and approach towards customer.

Ik ben over de gehele behandeling erg tevreden, er wordt steeds duidelijk gezegd wat er gedaan gaat worden, en er wordt ook gevraagd of je nog meer info nodig hebt. Mijn complimenten voor jullie totale zorg, erg vriendelijk en correct. Ook mijn tandarts werkt zo. Mijn tandarts is heel fijn in de omgang en heel duidelijk in wat ze gaat doen.

Deskundig

Tandarts Aerts is deskundig, zorgvuldig en persoonlijk. Zeer fijn. Iets minder vinden wij de praktijk en baliemedewerkers. Dat is bij de groter wordende praktijken tegenwoordig allemaal wat onpersoonlijker. En ook het afsprakensysteem is matig. Maar tandarts Aerts is top.
