I intentionally made my next appointment for a day she wouldn't be present. The second dentist (Danilo) was the complete opposite: took time to understand my situation, was friendly and compassionate and very gentle and the treatment was top notch. He was also mindful of the costs incurred which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Danilo to fearful and/or neurodivergent patients.

Maar nee mevrouw komt later nog naar de wachtkamer en begint tegen mijn man te zeggen dat ik een rare moeder ben en niet weet wat ik wil voor mn kind. Nou dat weet ik dus wel en dat is dat jij absoluut niet aan mijn kind mag zitten en überhaupt geen baan moet hebben waar je met mensen werkt. En oja het is daar ook nog eens vreselijk onhygiënisch.

I just got home from an appointment at Dental365. The place itself looks a bit cheap so I was a bit skeptical (respectfully), but the treatment I received by Danilo was great.

About a week ago, a piece of a wooden toothpick got stuck between two molars, and my gums were hurting after I tried to remove the piece myself. I already had seen my regular dentist a few days after this happened, because I kept feeling like something was still stuck in my gums, but he unfortunately couldn’t find anything. Over the past few days, the pain kept increasing and I started to get a bit worried, hence why I ended up at Dental365 on a Friday night.

Danilo was extremely patient. He was thoughtful, caring and professional. It took him a full hour to fully remove the piece of wood (yes he found out there was still a piece stuck in there - and it would absolutely not come out at first), bless him. I’m usually not a fan of dentist appointments, but even though it was painful and uncomfortable, I felt very much at ease.

We went for consultation after a wisdom tooth issue. We already had an xray, doctor did not even come see us. He asked his assistant to tell us that nothing is required. Then charged us 94 EUR for consultation + research charges without even meeting us.

However today I had an appointment with dental hygienist and I was "assigned" a new person and this lady doesn't care about you, it was like a torture! She doesn't care or really pay any attention if the person she is attending is in any pain or is feeling uncomfortable which is really worrying. I do not understand why someone like her with seemingly no emphaty or care is allowed to practice at this clinic especially as so many people in general are afraid of dental care generally.

When I called them to rectify the situation, they said they’ll have to talk about it with management and get back to me. Which ofcourse never happened. They also never sent me the invoice. Even in an emergency situation, don’t ever give these unqualified parasites a single euro.

I went back to the clinic once again, but by then I had completely lost confidence in the process and realized it was pointless to continue.

Eventually, I decided to fly back to Spain, my home country, to see my trusted dentist. After two hours of work, he removed multiple fragments of tooth left behind from the initial extraction—pieces so obvious that they were visible even without an X-ray. After two weeks of back and forth they agreed to refund the whole amount and asked me to send photos as proof. I did so on January 16th and followed up countless times, only to be ignored. Every time I called, I was told that their manager, Sabina, would get back to me—but she never did.

Despite my persistent follow-ups, I could only reach their general staff, who kept making empty promises. Finally, on February 8th, I was assured that my refund would be processed by February 14th. As expected, this was yet another false promise, and I have still not received my refund.

This clinic’s lack of professionalism, poor management, and outright refusal to communicate is unacceptable. They wasted my time, provided a low-quality service, and then refused to take responsibility. If you expect reliable dental work and honest customer service, stay far away from this place.

I strongly advise against trusting Dental365 with any dental treatments. There are plenty of professional clinics that value their patients—this is not one of them.

When my time came, I was introduced to my assigned dentist Greta and her assistant Maja. The amount of professionalism is amazing. They made sure that my time there was with as minimum as possible pain to which they did an outstanding job. My tooth was fixed and permanent filling was in put on place.

I am recommending anyone who has an emergency to ask for dr. Greta and her assisstant Maja. You will not regret it!

If I could, I would give this dental practice a zero rating for all the negligence it did to me. I had tooth pain following which the dentist here suggested emergency wisdom tooth removal. Due to pain, I agreed to it. To my shock, during the removal, she broke the nearby healthy molar tooth (more than half of the tooth) and only told me about it after the removal. The pain was so severe and she had done this temporary filling on the broken tooth in such a bad way that it was just too much painful for me. What followed was a long process of healing leading me to take extended leave from all my daily activity. What even shocked me more was there is no report of a nearby tooth broken/reason recorded in my receipt.

From a second opinion, I came to know that there was never a need to touch the nearby tooth (looking at the xray). But confirmed that it had been broken almost touching the nerve. This doctor from D365 ruined a whole tooth of mine, which is still so sensitive and in pain while eating. Despite repairs, it is still not better and probably needing a root canal. All money and pain because of this single clinic! Never visit this place! It is utterly shocking this kind of practice exists in the Netherlands!

Just to give some background - On Friday I felt a toothache in my tooth that was treated 2 times within the last 3 years, and went to a dentist nearby which found an inflammation in it. He said he could not treat my tooth right away because of the lack of timeslots and that it's better to get rid of that tooth and install an implant. And that while retreating is still available he wouldn't recommend it due to high chances that it wouldn't work out well. He prescribed antibiotics and a painkiller.

On Saturday evening (at 8 pm) my tooth pain went unbearable, so I decided to went to an emergency dentist. I called dental365 and they made an appointment in 1 hour.

Dr. Danilo met me and he was a very polite and highly professional dentist. While in my head I was ready to remove the tooth (and install an implant later), I asked Dr. Danilo about his opinion on my case. He said that it's worth to retreat this tooth and save it. I agreed and then Dr. Danilo did everything super smoothly and was asking me many times if I felt comfortable and didn't feel any pain. I honestly didn't feel anything which was such a relief! Also he did everything under a microscope and showed me x-ray before and after his work. He found 4th root canal that wasn't treated by previous dentist (and that was just amazing! That tooth gave me a lot of trouble).

In the end it was the right decision to retreat the tooth, and I'm super happy with Dr. Danilo work! I definitely recommend him as an emergency dentist (unfortunately he doesn't work as a permanent one..). He is a master in his area and definitely the best dentist in my life! Bravo!

Das Penicillin hat bereits nach der ersten Tablette Wirkung gezeigt.

Went due to severe pain in a new wisdom tooth which is unmanageable on over the counter painkillers and the dentist was incredibly rude and unhelpful - and barely looked in my mouth at all. She raised her voice at me when I couldn't remember the number of milligrams of ibuprofen I was taking and had to check. I was so uncomfortable with the idea of having any treatment performed by her that I left. Avoid this place if you have any option at all.
EDIT: I visited a dentist in the UK a few (very painful) days after my horrible experience here. The UK dentist diagnosed my issue (a severe infection of pericoronitis) very quickly, prescribed a course of antibiotics, and my problem was sorted. Dental365's negligence meant that I spent several more days than necessary in a huge amount of pain, caused me emotional distress, and cost me money while trying to pressure me into getting unnecessary X-rays to push the price up. I'm not someone who writes bad reviews, but I think it's important for people to know to avoid this place.

Ja zegt ze dat ga ik niet doen, wortelkanaal in 2 kiezen a 600 per kies kan wel. Sorry, dat wil ik niet haal die achterste er maar uit.

I got a same-day appointment, met with very kind staff who explained the procedure in more detail than my own dentist, and so far it looks like the procedure also went very well and I'm (mostly) relieved from the strong pain.

The second one was also kind of good. An assistant of an hygenist cleaned my teeth. She did a good job, except missing a couple of spots. After the cleaning is finished, I had to wait 10 minutes for hygenist to come to the room where I had the cleaning. And then the hygenist explained some problem about my gums, which I didn't know and it was great to know about it. So both the assistant and the hygenist was good enough.

Please don’t bring your child there. My son (and I) had a terrible experience there. We waited in the waiting room for 1,5 hour and then 30 minutes on the dentist chair. And then an angry and rude dentist came. She asked my 4 year old son which tooth was painful. And my son showed left side of his lower jaw. This made her frustrated and even more angry!! She was expecting him to show the exact tooth. And then she made a root canal treatment which took 1 hour. Since they made us wait 2 hours, it was already 11pm, so my son got extremely sleepy so she complained about that. The assistants could not bring the filling she requested when she requested. And then they brought a wrong one, she complained but she filled in the tooth with it anyway. Then she did not like and threw it on the ground!! Yelling the assistants at the same time. Then the assistant brought another one, she tried and did not like it too. There was an obvious communication problem there (or lack of knowledge on the assistants side I dont know) but I could not understand since it was in Dutch. For me the other problem was that she was using the fillings in my child’s mouth to test!! Then I intervened and she blamed the assistants. She closed the tooth but it was the worst treatment ever. But I wanted to visit my child’s pedodontist and 3 days later the “fixation” our pedodontist said that it was a bad treatment and it was infected and so she had to pull the tooth out. The way she talked with me, my 4 year old son, the assistants were unbelievably rude and unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.

After that next week I had appointment with a dentist also at Dental 365 - she said when did you clean your teath last time? this looks horrible! So we wnt together to manager, dentist explained situation, I explained situation and she said someone would contact me to resolve it. We are now 3 months later - nobody contacted me. Would not recommend to anyone to use services of that arrogant guy that just uses cheap and inexperienced assistants.

However they let her wait in the dentist chair for 20 minutes before they even showed up. I went to have a look and asked why they didn’t let us wait in the waiting room and I got yelled at that they didn’t care as they are not a child dentist. Afterwards they had to redo the photo THREE times as there was some error with the picture. When the dentist eventually came she was extremely rude, with very broken Dutch and broken English. Asking me what I wanted. Telling me my daughter wasn’t sitting still. Crazy, because she was very impressed and sitting still all of the time. When I went to the surgeon in the hospital 2 days after as it got infected, they were shocked by what they heard AND by the extremely bad picture that was taken. They told me they hear bad stories about this clinic ALL the time.

Terrible service. My crown had to be replaced 3 times in 1 week. I have requested my report over 5 times from this dentist, Ernesto, so that I can claim from my travel insurance back home. I still have not received the report in spite of going there personally to collect it.I don't know what else to do. I think the endodontist did a good job with my tooth, but I felt that they spoke worse English than I would have expected given I was in Amsterdam. The procedure I got was understandably invasive, but the lack of communication (hampered by the language barrier) made the experience significantly more stressful. I wish their communication had been better.
