The dentist handled the clinical situation professionally. He repositioned the luxated tooth, placed a splint, and provided appropriate trauma management. From a medical perspective, the treatment appeared careful and competent. However, I did not experience the situation as a true emergency requiring immediate intervention without prior discussion. No cost indication or estimate was provided before the treatment was carried out. I was therefore surprised to receive a relatively high invoice more than a week later, without having had the opportunity to consider the financial implications in advance. While I do not question the medical necessity of the care provided, I believe clearer communication regarding expected costs would have been appropriate.

Geduldig, duidelijk, capabel en rekeninghoudend. Gaf een goede uitleg en stelde mij gerust. Hele fijne ervaring gehad ondanks dat het een spoedje was.

Rustig en vriendelijk. Met de behandeling heel tevreden probleem goed opgelost dank daarvoor.
