The dentist is nice enough to her patients, however, in my experience she was highly incompetent. She made several mistakes which I had to go to another dentist to fix.
I do not recommend this dentist. I came here as I had a tooth ache soon after moving to Rotterdam and their website came up when I searched for English speaking dentists. Long story short, and many attempts at a root canal later, I eventually had to have my tooth pulled by another dentist (I am 24, way too young to be having teeth pulled!). I should have been referred to a specialist immediately, but instead the dentist continued to assure me that she wanted to keep trying. I found the service very unprofessional - when it became clear that mistakes had been made all communication stopped and I was left to find another dentist to resolve my issue. I was on painkillers for over month during the process and was left so traumatised that it has taken me over a year to write this review. As suggested by another reviewer, stay away.
Nice enough dentist, but do not ever let her do anything cosmetic to your teeth. I went in for a cleaning, and she pressured me relentlessly to fix something on my front teeth that did not need fixing (jagged edge that never bothered me), and once I finally gave in, she ended up permanently ruining my teeth. My front teeth are now bright yellow, severely misshapen, and completely unnatural looking. I've never been afraid to smile because I always had beautiful teeth, but now I can't stand any photos of myself with teeth showing. Please stay away.
