My wife was always anxious of seeing a dentist but Jan made her comfortable by taking the time to assuage her fears. I am now receiving treatment from Danielle who is professional with a friendly manner - I have confidence in the great job she is doing.

I had to go for a crown with another clinic (high extra costs). When I requested a crown quote from Rembrant is was at least 200 euros more expensive than the other clinic. The staff is very nice and helpful, but I would have preferred to have my molar intact after the treatment.

Unfortunately, my experience with Rembrandt Tandartsen has been disappointing. Over the years, I’ve had several treatments here, including crowns, veneers, and root canals. Despite consistently taking good care of my teeth, many of these procedures led to long-term complications, pain, and extra costs to fix.

One of the reasons I initially chose this clinic was because of their use of the CEREC method, which allows crowns and veneers to be made and placed in a single appointment, faster and more convenient, without the need for temporary crowns. However, in the end, the quality of the fitting was not as precise as it should have been. They came loose, or it caused severe sensitivity. I lost them multiple times, while eating or flossing my teeth. In one case, the pain and sensitivity to hot and cold food was so intense I couldn’t eat properly for weeks, and the crowns had to be redone entirely by another dentist. After that, the pain disappeared quickly, which confirmed the issue had been in the original placement.

I’ve also experienced broken crowns, and several root canals that became reinfected and had to be redone by a specialist. One even required an apical resection at the hospital due to over-drilling beyond the root into the bone structure.

All of this has resulted in significant stress, extra dental work, and high costs, most of which could have been avoided. That said, I want to highlight that the mondhygiënisten and assistants at the clinic have always been very professional and kind.

Based on my experience, I couldn't no longer trust the long-term quality of the treatments I received here, and have decided to continue my care elsewhere. I have since moved to another dental clinic, where I’ve had to pay again to fix the root canals and replace the crowns. Thankfully, the pain is now gone, and my situation is finally stable. I truly wish this had been the case from the beginning.

However their tariffs are insane and will wipe your insurance for the entire year, and again our insurance provider would not cover the full costs of any of the treatments because the cost is so incredibly high.

Personally, I had a very bad experience with the medical treatments and with general customer support/complaints management at this practice. Dr. himself seems to be a nice person but I didn't appreciate how customers are being treated and in the end I get more problems than before joining the practice. Was just for a half a year with this dentist and by now quite some money lost,had lot's of stress and now need to re-do a root canal treatment. (previous feedbacks about similar case helped me to at least not to get a crown too soon) A lot of things went wrong for me - practice was ignoring my complaints, pretending "all is fine/there was no fault from our side", being too busy to respond to an urgent case, charging for an absolutely random teeth cleaning time, not listening to customer overall wishes, etc. Sorry,Rembrandt dental practice, but I strongly advise my friends against joining your practice. It turned into quite a process, during which I was in the chair every Thursday afternoon for three months. He works quickly and decisively. It's with great sadness that I have to leave this review. It's not easy finding a good dentist as an Ex-Pat. While the dental work done by Jan was good dealing with the insurance with Chantal was a nightmare. I had an accident in November of 2016 which my dental coverage would have covered the entire cost o,f however I still have approximately 4.000 Euros that hasn't been reimbursed to me because of Chantal not submitting the paperwork correctly. I spent hours going back and forth between the dentist's office and the insurance company and finally got the exact language from the insurance company that she needed to submit and she still either never bothered to resubmit it or submitted in incorrectly. Very frustrating experience.

I don’t recommend this to anyone...had a real bad experience....i had went for the tooth fillings few months ago (june 19)...which was dealt well by the doctor and i was also recommended for a dental hygiene appointment....After few weeks i found that my filling has actually came off and just a day before my dental hygiene appointment i called at their office to cancel my hygiene checkup and asked for a follow up with my dentist about the filling...but guess what the next available appointments could only be available after a month....but the worst part was that i was told on the phone that I couldn’t cancel my appointment as it was too late and they will send me the nota(invoice) with the cancellation charges anyway(Which they really did).I event sent them some emails expressing my disagreement and annoying service.I think for someone newly registered with a clinic and giving genuine reason for cancellation of appointments doesn’t really bothers them.It could have dealt in better way. Anyways this shows the level of service you could expect at this clinic.
So the recommendation is to please check once all the reviews before registering to any new dentist (at least I missed that) specially about being expensive and level of the client satisfaction.
