Impossible to get in touch. I have had appointments for consultation and the orthodontist told me to CALL and inform them if I want to proceed. I tried calling ten times only to be left on hold and no one answering. Then, I sent an email asking for a call and they responded immediately saying that the Orthodontist does not come on the phone. How am I supposed to set an appointment if you don't answer????? I'm glad I didn't proceed with the program because it seems impossible to communicate with them Update on this: 3 months later the main orthodontist decided to call me back after I had received incasso letters of which I did not understand why and with an ironic and aggressive behavior told me that they do not wish to work with me because I wrote a bad review on Google and this shows I do not have trust. I tried my best explaining to her that the problem is their lack of communication and she was accusing me that my issue is that I do not want to pay for my scans ( which by the way she insists that she had sent but never has) I can't believe how bad at customer service this place is and how they are treating their customers!
