I am your patient for almost ten years, and till now, I was very happy with your services. On 11th of August I came to you with a big pain in one of my tooth, and I didn't get any help from your side. You offered me two options: either you will remove my tooth with pain, or I should go back to Poland and get my treatment, as the clinic will charge me 2-3k euros. Today - on 15th of August - I made an appointment to remove my tooth, as the pain was unbearable. It turned out - after a short examine - that they were about to remove the wrong tooth... as the problem was with another one... So they treated my tooth only partially and - again - recommended to finish the treatment in Poland. I would like to emphasise that for the last ten years, I have always treating my teeth in you clinic, and I never felt so discriminated because of my different nationality, like i did recently. My English language might not be perfect, but I never had problems with communicating with your dentists. Especially, that bad attitude can be felt without using language. I am paying taxes and insurance in Netherlands so I really don't understand, why you advised me to go back to my country for the treatment...
