Onprofessioneel en niet deskundig

I needed a new dentist and went to this practice because of all good reviews. Usual practice at first glance, nothing weird: friendly staff, smiling receptionists, good atmosphere. The dentist asked me: "How did you find us?" on which I said "Google reviews" - I've regretted it later when I saw a name of the receptionist, Olpay, who posted one of the positive reviews. And of course, it's his full right 'cause if you work as a receptionist at the practice, it does not mean that you cannot be a patient there. Anyway, the first visit was scheduled for control and mouth hygienist. No comments about the mouth hygienist which appeared to be a young and inexperienced lady - it felt like she was doing a standard cleaning procedure for the first time, finishing it off like she was scraping old cement off the wall! Very dissatisfied with her, but decided to make a second appointment for a tooth filling. Upon arrival to my second appointment, I needed to wait not less than 50 minutes before the treatment. I understand that there might happen all kinds of emergencies (like an elderly lady's bridge needing an urgent repair), but come on people, just reschedule and let me go. Instead, they apologized for waiting and gave me an anesthetic after 30 min waiting, after which I needed to wait 20 more min and obviously could not leave! The treatment itself was ok except dentist putting his hand on my face which started to itch (he needed to hold onto something?) Equipment was quite old too. I complained to the dentist that last time the mouth hygienist did not do her job properly, and he kind of corrected it but the result was far from perfect. I was tired, upset and did not want to continue with them anymore. Later, when I paid my bills and phoned i-Dental to write out of this practice, the receptionist asked me in an uninterested manner "Why do you want to write out?" I explained that I did not like their attitude towards the customer and I did not have a pleasant experience. No apologies followed. And it seems like this practice deleted my Google review!
