The dentist I never want to handle my dental problems ever again. The one who gave me the worst trip to the dentist experience; which I hope won't be experienced too by others. Let me enumerate my suggestions on skills he has to learn: establishing rapport and caring relationship with clients while maintaining professionalism(at least talk to them by feedback/suggestions inquiry with regards to their service and quality of care), being able to reassure patients by giving confident answers about the procedures he'll perform to them, and explaining them the procedures he and his assistant are doing; not just jump from one step to another, so that the patient is aware of the situation and could prepare.
