A dental implant and crown cost about EUR 1500-2000 (rough estimate) in Holland. Some east european countries and Turkey will be a lot cheaper but quality is less garanteed. What's your insurance company and what kind of insurance do you have exactly? Most insurance conditions are available in Dutch at the web sites of the insurance companies , so I can translate the relevant insurance conditions for you. However, it is very unlikely that all costs will be compensated.

Typically you need a written reference from your local dentist before any specialised centre will treat you. You could try contact this clinic in Amsterdam (don't know if they are any good, but their web site is in English at least).
