I cannot write anything about the dentists and the quality of their work. But the administration of this clinics is a mess. First they blocked me from the system stating that I did not fill in the form which they sent without any instructions. Regardless that, they gave me an appointment on the phone but when I arrived at the clinics it turns out there is no appointment in my name and I did not receive any service. I did not even get an apology for their mistake and I am forced to start the process from scratch. The good thing is that the waiting time for an appointment is not long and the receptionist was helpful.

Terrible practice. You have to pay a consultation every time you need a normal cleaning session, a total waste of time and money. But for me, the way the receptionist treated me was what made me quit going there. She also pressed me to go every 3 months and also said that was normal here when I knew it was not.
