Ik werk zelf als Frontoffice medewerker bij een medisch bedrijf dus ik weet heel goed dat je snel en efficiënt dient te werken. Echter betreft dit patiënten zorg dus is het daarbij belangrijk dat de patiënt goed word geholpen. Het minste wat de betreffende receptioniste kon doen was aangeven “ excuses mevrouw het was niet zo bedoeld “ dan had ik meer begrip voor de situatie gehad en uiteraard daarna netjes terug gebeld.
